Meet The Team!
Colin Snider
Program Director | Theatre Educator | Primary, Junior & Intermediate Teacher | Designer
Colin Snider has been part of the Theatricks community for over 25 years, first as a camper and now as a leader helping shape the experience for the next generation. He has taught in both public and private schools teaching drama, physical education as well as core subjects working with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. He brings a deep understanding of how theatre can support growth at every stage.
At Theatricks, Colin leads summer camps, improv programs, after-school club, and special events. He supports our staff to ensure every program feels creative, welcoming, and well-supported. Colin ensures our programs create a safe place that fosters confidence, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
Colin plays a key role in shaping the look and feel of Theatricks. He leads branding, website design, theatre wear, and creative development initiatives, helping ensure the organization’s visual identity reflects its vibrant spirit. For Colin, the goal is simple: to make camp just as meaningful, magical, and memorable for today’s campers as it was for him and the lifelong friends he has found there.
Quinn Caradonna
Quinn has been part of the Theatricks community for over 20 years, and for the past three, he’s been a huge part of our After School Club. He brings his signature energy, humour, and enthusiasm to the kids every single day.
Outside of ASC, you’ll find Quinn all over our Super Summer Day Camps and March Break Madness Camp. He's usually right in the middle of the action with the kids, in the gymnasium, or outside leading high-energy games. Quinn has been leading outdoor play at Super Summer for 12 years and is famous for his legendary tournaments. Whether it’s foosball, gaga ball, or an all-camp showdown, you’ll hear his classic call: “This! Is! Tournament!” and just like that, the action begins!
Quinn is caring, kind, fun, and incredibly supportive. He brings a real sense of awareness and thoughtfulness to everything he does. He also heads up props and special effects, adding tons of creativity and imagination to our shows. And of course, Quinn is always creating memorable, larger-than-life characters on stage that truly inspire our campers. On top of that, he supports our Leader in Training (LIT) program, sharing his experience and helping young leaders build confidence, develop life skills, and grow into amazing role models.
Outside of camp, Quinn is a full-time physical education teacher working with primary, junior, and intermediate students, bringing that same energy and encouragement into his classroom.
In his spare time, he enjoys long walks on the beach, Minions, video games, and Pokémon!
James Kane
James has been coming to Theatricks for the past 15 years, taking part in Super Summer Day Camps, March Break Madness, Improv Adventure Camps, and joining the After School Club for the past year. At ASC, they are known for helping with pick-ups for Williamson Road and St. Denis crew!
James keeps returning year after year because of the strong sense of community, the people, and the friendships they’ve built along the way. They are kind, creative, thoughtful, wonderful with little people, considerate, and conscientious, bringing a calm, caring presence to everything they do.
Through their time at Theatricks, James has developed strong skills in acting, improvisation, and thinking on their feet, learning how to stay present, adaptable, and confident in the moment. These experiences have carried into real life and helped shape their approach to working with others.
James has also discovered a passion for education through their time here and now works in Early Childhood Education, where they continue to support, guide, and inspire young learners.
Outside of Theatricks, they enjoy video games, reading, cooking, Dungeons & Dragons, collecting fun T-shirts, hats, and socks, and spending time with their dog!
Sandy Battye
Sandy has been part of Theatricks for the past 20 years and can be found supporting our campers across a wide variety of programs. You’ll find her at Super Summer Day Camps (Guild and Beach), Improv Adventure Camps, March Break Madness, After School Club, and in-school programs. She is thoughtful, supportive, industrious, and reliable, bringing a calm and steady presence to everything she takes part in.
Sandy is the Program Facilitator for the SSDC Guild program, where she has helped build and shape the program alongside Jeff, in collaboration with the City of Toronto, bringing it to life. She also plays a big role in bringing the staff team together as Theatricks’ Social Convenor, organizing fun events that help everyone connect. Sandy loves working with our LITs, mentoring and supporting them as they grow into confident leaders.
Sandy says a big reason why she keeps coming back year after year is the Theatricks community. Theatricks played a big role in building her own confidence, and she is passionate about creating that same experience for others. She loves watching kids find their voice, grow in confidence, and build social, problem-solving, and life skills along the way. You can usually find Sandy chatting by the art table, enjoying a good lunch, or dancing by the speaker whenever music is on.
Outside of Theatricks, Sandy works in event coordination, bringing her love of planning and people into everything she does. She also enjoys spinning, grabbing an ice cold matcha, and driving her car with her sparkly steering wheel.

Caelan Mestal
Hi, I’m Caelan! I first came to Theatricks way back in 2008 as a camper attending Super Summer Day Camps! For the past year and a half, I have run dance and gymnastics at After School Club, and love anything theatrical. Fostering children’s love of the arts has been a passion for me for as long as I can remember!
Charlotte MacLean
This is my fourth year here at ASC — and with Theatricks as well!
I’m often known as the one who handles school pick-up for the St. Denis crew, but you’ll also see me supporting and jumping into both group and one-on-one activities. I’m always happy to help, whether you need a giggle, a bit of encouragement, or some support with your craft!
Moira Dann
Hi, I’m Moira! I am a Musical Theatre Performer in my last year at Randolph College for the Performing Arts. I first started at Theatricks when I was 5 years old as a camper and now I proudly work there today, teaching at Super Summer Day Camp and After School Club. Typically you can find me running theatre games and teaching dance. My goal is to inspire kids and get them excited about theatre and performing the same way Theatricks has done for me.
